Hi everyone!Well, one step closer!!!!
THE CALL
Today at 1:00 PM, we received THE CALL. Rachel and I had hoped to receive the call on Monday or Tuesday and had heard that the March referral group had been split in two, and that some of the March group wouldn't be hearing anything for another month...
SO.... we had resigned ourselves to another month of waiting and praying. Rachel was at Woodlands for women's study and at 11 AM when it ended, I suggested we go out to lunch for Chinese as we began to prepare our hearts to wait.
Rachel dropped me off at church and went home to find the phone ringing off the hook.
She picked it up to hear," We have good news! You have a daughter!"
After gleaning the little information she could get (we will get details and a photo tomorrow) she raced back to church and with a smile borrowed from the Cheshire cat asked me to come outside. Her face said it all. :)
We'll be adding the new info tomorrow as well as our daughter's name and picture (hopefully).
We intend to use this site as we travel to post updated pictures and a travelog when we go to bring our daughter home.
